Flat-fee pricing is based on the project, not the number of cleaners. Team size may vary between 2β3 cleaners depending on scheduling and availability. The goal is always to complete the service to our quality standard, even if the time on site varies. If you prefer to guarantee a 3-person team, we offer an hourly rate option billed by time and team size.
We assign between 1 and 3 cleaning professionals per visit, depending on the size of the home and the scope of the work.
We offer regular recurring cleanings (weekly, biweekly, monthly), deep cleaning for a full reset, move-in & move-out cleanings, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping, interior window cleaning, and garage, balcony, and patio cleaning. We also work with trusted partners for carpet and exterior window cleaning.
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday available upon advance request.
Yes. We bring our own supplies and equipment. If you have specific preferences, just let us know.
No. We kindly ask that you avoid micromanaging during the service. At the end of the cleaning, we're happy to walk through the space with you to address any concerns.
Yes β weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Discounts are available based on frequency: up to 15% off weekly, 12.5% off bi-weekly, and 10% off monthly.
We recommend starting with a deep cleaning. It ensures every area receives the attention it needs and is brought up to our high standard, creating a great baseline for recurring cleanings.
Regular cleaning is ideal for maintaining surface-level cleanliness. Deep cleaning is recommended if your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in a while or has buildup in hard-to-reach areas. Deep cleaning includes: baseboards, wall spots, detailed dusting, extra scrubbing of kitchen and bathroom surfaces. Add-ons available: inside oven, inside refrigerator, interior windows.
Declutter so cleaners can access all areas, secure valuables, provide clear access to the home, share special requests in advance, confine pets to a safe area, and empty fridge, oven, or cabinets if interior cleaning was requested. Please also notify us of any pre-existing damage before the cleaning begins.
Yes. We have teams that do 100% green cleaning. Just request it when booking and we'll assign a green-cleaning team at no additional charge.
Yes. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for both children and pets.
It depends on the type of service and the overall condition of your home. We'll provide an estimate based on your specific situation when you book.
Deep cleaning removes built-up dirt, grime, and dust from areas often overlooked during regular cleanings β baseboards, light fixtures, corners, and appliance exteriors. In San Diego, coastal dust, pollen, and allergens make deep cleaning especially beneficial for improving indoor air quality.
Interior or exterior window washing, carpet or upholstery cleaning, inside of fridge, oven, or cabinets, and organizing personal items or clutter. Many of these can be added upon request for an additional charge.
We recommend every six months for most San Diego homes.
Deep cleaning is for furnished homes, covering surface-level detail without appliance or cabinet interiors by default. Move-out cleaning is for completely empty homes and includes inside cabinets, drawers, refrigerator, and oven. Window and carpet cleaning are not included in either but available as add-ons.

Yes, we are fully insured. If damage occurs during a cleaning, we take full responsibility and will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

No. We do not move stoves, refrigerators, beds, sofas, TV stands, tables, nightstands, bookcases, etc. We clean as far as we can reach. If you move items beforehand, we'll clean behind and underneath them.
We do not wash dishes, clean toys or personal items, clean inside fireplaces, pick up clutter or organize, clean irons or small appliances, or do laundry. Add-ons available upon request: inside cabinets, oven, refrigerator, and interior windows.
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Late cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are subject to a $75 fee.
We accept credit/debit cards, checks, Zelle, Venmo, and cash.
